Happy New Year to everyone, I hope that you had a lovely Christmas and New Year break. If you’d like to be more active in 2016 remember that Healthwalks is a great way to do that as it is a form of exercise that almost anyone – regardless of age or ability – can get involved in, and it’s also really sociable too. Another great benefit of walking is that you get out into our beautiful countryside and open spaces, which my favourite three pictures that I took in 2015 above show! And don’t forget, all of our walks are on bus routes so you can be active and travel actively too.
