Free Dr Bike at Hollingdean Community Centre, Thurs 8 Oct 1-3 pm

From Simon Hickmott

In support of the wonderful volunteers of the Real Junk Food Project and their regular 1-2 pm lunch for everyone at Hollingdean Community Centre, Thompson Road, on Thursdays, we are offering a free ‘Dr Bike’ session 1-3 pm on 8 Oct.  Extra volunteers very welcome 9-3 pm, says volunteer Jess; contact her at realjunkfood@gmail.com.

Bring your bike for free advice on what needs doing to it, how much serious fixes would cost and for minor maintenance done there and then by professionals ‘Bike for Life South’.

There will also be free energy advice here on 8 Oct:- how much you can save by switching, how to switch suppliers and energy tips.

Best wishes
